SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are posted within 2 working days from date of order. Your brownies should be delivered within 2 to 3 days from postage date.
We post UK wide, via Royal Mail Standard 1st Class or UK Signed. Orders above £60 are posted for free and include tracking service.
If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please get in touch via email and we will take action.
Multiple orders going to the same address are posted individually, at the same time. However, due to the nature of our products, these may arrive at different times, but usually on the same day. If you wish to place an order with multiple items going to multiple destinations, please drop us a note and we will fulfil.
REFUND POLICY
Buy with confidence. London Brick Brownie strives for you or your recipient to be extremely satisfied with our products and services.
If for some reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality of the item, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt and we will seek to promptly resolve the issue.
Our brownies are perishable items and unfortunately we cannot accept returns. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to londonbrickbrownie@gmail.com along with a picture of the defective/damaged item. We will ask you to send the item back to our return address, which can be found stamped on bottom of your box.
